The website provides general information about MITT, our capabilities, creative-technology services, working process and ways to start a project. We may change, update or remove website content at any time. Project examples, concepts and visualisations may be illustrative and do not constitute a promise that every project will use the same technology, process, scope or outcome.
Project enquiries and estimates
Information submitted through a project calculator, email link or enquiry process is an invitation to discuss a potential project. Any recommendation, scope category, budget selection or other website output is indicative only unless it is subsequently confirmed in a written proposal or agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the relevant parties.
Client projects
Specific client work may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, master services agreement or other written agreement. Where there is a conflict between these website terms and an agreed project contract, the agreed project contract governs the project to the extent of that conflict.
